4. Worldwide Digital Delivery

  • Global Access: Xzeen Waves does not ship physical items. All products are delivered digitally worldwide to the email address or account provided during checkout.

  • Delivery Timeline: Digital codes are typically delivered immediately upon payment approval. In cases requiring verification or manual processing, delivery will be fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours, though frequently much less.

  • Delivery Responsibility: We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect email addresses provided by the customer or restrictive spam filters.

5. Finality of Sales & Refund Policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of digital assets and instantly redeemable codes, all sales are final. Once a digital code has been generated, transmitted, or displayed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

  • Code Validity: If you experience a technical error with a specific code code, you must contact our support within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if a merchant error is verified, provide a resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content hosted on this platform, including logos, graphics, text, custom imagery, and code structures, is the exclusive property of Xzeen Waves. Unauthorized duplication, distribution, reverse engineering, or reproduction of any site asset without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Xzeen Waves shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, inability to use, or redemption issues associated with purchased digital gift cards. Once a digital asset is successfully delivered, its security and preservation become the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Why these changes were made:

  • Digital Isolation: Removed all physical product terms like "unused condition" or physical "shipping within Iraq" to prevent customers from trying to claim physical returns.

  • 24-48 Hour Window: Explicitly built in a buffer for fraud checking so if a payment flags a manual review, you aren't contractually violating your delivery agreement.

  • Instant Redemption Protection: Added a strict "All Sales Are Final" clause under Section 5. This is the single most critical legal defense for digital gift card storefronts to protect against chargeback scams and code-skimming.
