xzeenwaves sells 100% digital products. We do not ship any physical items, so there is no shipping cost and nothing to track in the mail.

How Delivery Works

After your payment is confirmed, your order is processed and the gift card code or PIN is sent straight to the email address you used at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 1-2 hours, and many are delivered in just a few minutes. You'll first receive an order confirmation email letting you know your order is on its way, followed shortly by a second email containing your code or PIN and simple redemption instructions.

What To Do If Your Order Is Late

If more than 2 hours have passed and you have not received your code, please first check your spam/junk folder, then contact us at info@xzeenwaves.us with your order number and we will look into it right away.

Delivery Email Address

Please double check your email address at checkout - we deliver to the address you provide, and we are not responsible for delays caused by a mistyped email. Contact us as soon as possible if you think you entered the wrong address and your order has not yet been delivered.
